How To Play Roulette

Roulette is an exciting game and is very easy to learn and play. The playing table consists of a betting area and the roulette wheel. The wheel usually consists of 38 compartments with numbers from 1 to 36 that are colored black and red, and two green compartments with a single zero and a double zero. Each of the players must have different colored hips so that bets will not be mixed up. These colored chips will be exchanged back with cash chips that have the value amount imprinted on them. And these will be taken to the cash desk to give you the actual cash money in exchange.

Now, how to start the game? The game starts by placing bets on the numbered layout. The dealer will be the one who will spin the wheel in one direction and the small ball will spun in the opposite direction. Once the wheel is spinning, you can no longer place any more bets, as the dealer will say “No more betsâ€?. Past posting, which refers to bets placed after the croupier announces, “No more bets”, is illegal, considered as cheating, and it’s not recommended. The small ball will then fall into one of the wheel’s numbered compartments and determines the winning number. The dealer will mark the winning number on the betting area and bets are paid accordingly.
